ABOUT THINK LONDON
Think London is the foreign direct investment agency for the UK’s capital, assisting companies setting up a presence to London. They offer the intelligence, connections and insight into business opportunities that will make it easy for foreign companies to globalise their businesses from London. Think London is a public-private partnership, funded by the Mayor’s London Development Agency and London First, a private business member organisation, enabling them to offer their services free of charge and also to easily access both government and the business community to help companies access the best people, places and opportunities in the city. Think London has a dedicated business development team for Europe with the ability to greatly assist Turkish companies looking to access opportunities and company formation in London and growing their business after they set up here. These services have become even more valuable in the current economic environment.
TOUCHDOWN LONDON SERVICE
A unique service offered by Think London is their Touchdown London service. Touchdown London service is a start-up service dedicated to overseas businesses who wish to establish themselves in our city. It has been created, and is managed, by Think London and is offered exclusively to new Think London clients. It is hosted by their partner Avanta, the serviced office provider. At the heart of this service is free office space and a dedicated Think London Manager to help businesses hit the ground running. Due to the success of the newly extended Touchdown Service, the Mayor of London Boris Johnson on 18 May 2009 launched Phase 2 of the expansion of Think London’s ‘Touchdown London’ service, this time increasing office space to allow up to 40 new businesses to benefit from the offer, as well as the addition of a new Central London location.
FREE OFFICE SPACE SERVICES
Touchdown London service provides up to 12 months free office space in central and west London to enable foreign businesses to get started. This desk space is worth up to £550 per month in the Hammersmith location and £800 per month in the Hanover Square location, a prominent West End address with access also from New Bond Street.

DISCOUNTED BUSINESS SERVICES PACKAGE (BSP)
Associated with the up to 12 months free usage of desk and shared office space is a Business Services Package (BSP) which includes the following facilities:
- Client Refreshments
- Postal Services
- Printing and Copy Services
- Special Meeting/Training Rooms rates
- Wi Fi
- Business Support & Purchasing discounts
- Telephony Services
- Internet Services
- Membership of the private Vanilla Club for entertaining clients
This Business Services Package (BSP) is offered at just £99 per month and represents very good value.
